
Shipping
Due to peak order volumes, orders are dispatched within 10-15 business days after purchase date.
The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping standards, delivery location, method of delivery, the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
IMPORTANT! Orders paid with Partial.ly platform will be shipped after payment of the 2nd instalment.
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When the outstanding item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped, please note that shipping costs are also non-refundable if an order has been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened within 15 days.
Returns & Refunds
All customers can return unopened Poma products for 15 days (starting from the day the said product is delivered for a refund). Poma, however, doesn't accept returns for products whose boxes have been opened and products were used. Prior to the return of the product we will require a photo proof of an unopened box.
In order to proceed with order cancelation, please complete 3 simple steps:
1) Contact support@pomabrush.com and inform us about your decision
2) Prepare product(s)* included in the package in their original packaging for the return.
3) Ship the product to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (shipping costs are non-refundable for returns).
In order to proceed with a cancelation, please complete 3 simple steps:
*Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Brush heads should not be opened, value of opened brush heads will be deducted in the cost of the refund, as used brush heads cannot be returned and refunded.
**Refund can be made only in case if the product has not been shipped or product has been returned. Please note refunds of non-shipped items are processed within 30 business days. Refunds for returned orders will be processed within 30 business days after the product has been received at the warehouse.
